Kamiris McClain's Shower-Feb 21st

Laurie aka Grandma Cookie, myself, Kami, and Kami's mother Evelyn.
2 PROUD grandma's to be :o)
We all really enjoyed this time together!!
Sharon Shane (Aunt in Law), Marilyn Auth (grandma in law aka Grandma Bobby), Kami, Carolyn McClain (grandma in law aka Grandma Tractor), and myself. Your probably wandering how the grandmas names came about..well let me tell you. Austin and Evan made these names up so that they could always distinguish between each grandma. Grandma Tractor got her name because they farmed and Grandma Bobby got her name because she had a son named Bobby (Austin's cousin). So the names stuck and even Kami and I refer to them by those names. It is almost not normal to just call them grandma and grandpa :o) So to continue the tradition..even Austin and I have even made up names for our parents. Enjoy them!!

Lee & Joni Ennis- Grandpa & Grandma Boat

Terry McClain- Grandpa Motorcycle (he has a motorcycle)

Laurie & Clark Anderson- Grandma & Grandpa Cookie (they are always bringing us baked goods)

Kami-35 weeks
Meghan-28 weeks
Muy bonitas chica's!! Me amo tu Kami!!

What a beautiful Baby Shower Kami had hosted by her family! She got soooo many nice things!! It was a lot of fun and glad that we can share these fun times together. Enjoy the pics!

27 Weeks~Feb. 15th

27 Weeks here! ...Still growing!!

I am trying to take pics about every other week. 28 weeks has come & gone already. So I will be posting 29 weeks this next weekend. I went to the doctor on Tuesday, Feb 23 and everything went well. I got my results back from my glucose test and everything looks great. I do not have any anemia or diabetes, or any sugar issues. So I was very pleased. I did get my next RG (Rogam Negative) shot and let me tell you..it was quite the experience. The last time I had this shot, it was in the arm. Well not this time. She told me that typically it is given in butt!!! SOOO needless to say I felt like Forrest Gump minus the ice cream. But I survived :o) The dr asked if the baby was active and I said oh yea. She proceeded to listen to the heartbeat and she was moving so much we couldn't even get a steady heart beat. AND..she kicked the little wand that the dr is holding on your stomach twice! Such an active little one she is. Other than that, another successful dr visit. Now I start going every 2 weeks, so I will keep you posted. Stay tuned.....

Oops forgot this one!!-

Kami-31 weeks
I- 24 weeks

Paradise Bakery

And it was even decorated in all pink!! It is a must see :o)

Oopsie!!! I forgot to post this one first. This was when I was 24 weeks on Jan. 23rd. Austin and I met Laurie, Clark, Evan, and Kami down in the Hamilton Town Center shopping area for dinner and a yummy treat from the Cupcake Camper. We ate at the Paradise Bakery (which there is another location in Clay Terrace). It was wonderful!! (Can you tell I love to eat right now ha ). Then we came across this little old fashion silver camper called the Cupcake Camper. So I of course HAD to have one. This must be such a hopping place because they only had one kind of cupcake left~cinnamon toast. It was the BEST cupcake I have ever had and it tasted just like breakfast. I would have to say this is by far one of my top 10 favorite places :o) Big Thanks to Clark because he bought Kami and I each a cupcake. We definitely will be back! Enjoy the pictures...

Baby Room in Progress!!

Still need our curtains here. They should arrive any day now!

Hey whatcha doin guys? I wanna check out the room!

Aus working hard on the room!

The baby room is in progress. I am posting a sneak peak here but it by all means is not done. We still need to finish the curtains, put the bedding on, and of course, put her name up. But I am still not telling :o) The letters are done and painted though! Enjoy the pictures of the room. Austin has worked so hard on it and we really like the way it is turning out. As soon as I get the room completely finished, I will of course post pictures again. Enjoy!!

25 Weeks~Taken Jan 30th

Kylie Young & I ~we are only days apart when our babies are due and we both go to Dr. Hoover. We are hoping we deliver at the same time. Fun times!!
Austin & I at the Y's Men Dance Jessica McFatridge & I at the Y's Men Dance
These pictures were taken at the 2010 Y's Men Dance on January 30th and I was 25 weeks here. Austin and I really had a good time despite I really didn't do much dancing or enjoying cocktails. But I sure did enjoy the dinner yum yum :o) The Y's Men is a organization that Austin just recently joined thanks to Justin Moos and he really has enjoyed being a member. They raise money for the local YMCA by selling wreaths and garlands to local companies. Then they also help the Kokomo Parks Department by helping decorate the park and volunteer dressing as Santa too for Christmas! So the Y's Men Dance is the end of the year event for the organization where they have a nice catered meal, dj, drinks, and lots of fun hanging out with the members. Enjoy!!
